This is my first flash and I was wondering if anyone could give me hints, or tips to let me know how to improve my work. Thanks.

Wow that wasn't bad at all for your first one. Don't be afraid to post in the flash section, because this is the wrong place. But anyway
Pros
- It had decent force
- The run wasn't too bad
- The spiral forming at the beginning was pretty good
- There was very little resizing (when the stickman gets bigger and bigger or smaller and smaller)

Cons
-Super wobbly (The more you animate the less this will happen)
- Try to use the circle tool for the head, then select it and press F8 and make it a movie clip.

Thats about it, keep reading up on tutorials and practicing individual movements like, punching end of anim. Then do a run anim. The a walk, kick ect. You have a lot of potential.

Thank you very much. When you say use the circle tool for the head and make as movie clip, do I make it in a completely different layer? I'm still novice at movie clips but I've been practicing a little.

I don't make it a new layer, and I don't think very many people do, so I guess not.

damn good for a first sir. if its easier for you to keep track of then its cool if you do put it in a layer, either way unless you plan on tweening the movie clip its fine either way.

only other advice i have is dont focus to much on tests, like a punch or a run etc., im not saying dont do them, but make movies, even if they are terrible because them movies will probably give you much a much more learning experience and you'll learn a shitton more than a single test.
