welcome to the site also you should never compare yourself to animators that are obviously way better than you instead you should try to learn what they do(not saying copy every damn thing they do)just to get the hang of things and maybe check out some tutorials on easytoon the main things you should look up on are easing,spacing,movement,walking,running,ect. basically all the basic of animating
