Don't type all in caps.

1st. No caps lock.
2nd. What program are you using?
2-a. Pivot, EZToon export as a gif, use imageshack or similar.
2-b. Flash export as swf (CTRL + ENTER), upload to swfupload, swfup, or similar, post link.
3rd. Don't post your first animations on the portal. Post them on the forum first. If they suck, at least you won't have the embarrasement of having a crappy anim. on the portal.
