I'm a better Traditional artist than a Digital one...

It's extremely bright. There's no shading.

It's fine.

I know, my scanner isn't what it used to be, and I shaded it in a rush, cause I had to go shopping...

When coloring dark areas, try not to color in different derections. Seems like you're using only one kind of a pencil, try using HB on the light spots and 4B - 8B on the darker ones.

And it's rare to see chibis that "tall", they are usually just two head heights.
