you visibly have no idea what force is. by adding more frames in between, i make it look much less powerful. don't give advice if you're a noob at flash

View Profile you need to work on the movement when he throws the hammer; if its heavy enough to keep momentum from a swing of it then he should continue momentum when he throws the hammer also the physics of the falling hammer needs a bit of work. it shouldnt arch so much and due to the weight of the opposite end of the object he is throwing it would rotate slowly. last of all when the hammer lands, the light end of it (the handle) should bounce several times, not just once.
