And its not officially better. The reason I didn't get a ps3 wasn't the money, it was the games. Even now, I don't like any of the games. Of course i will play them, but none get me excited. First I thought, final fantasy, Devil may cry.. Uhm, etc etc, all the games that are now multi, I thought were gonna be exclusive, but when I saw dmc for xbox, and final fantasy for xbox, I had no more reason. But that's my opinion

Xbox still has better scored games overall.

A lot of, I wouldn't know cause I don't pay attention to the games that much (and read my huge edit lol)

All my friends that got an xbox and a ps3, only play with the xbox atm, cause nothing interesting is on the ps3, so that's also enough proof for me. Plus just all the comments online about it (Although that is just fan hate lmao) And my top 3 favorite exclusive franchises on Ps2, are on Xbox to now so that's good =p

I guess there is nothing I'm excited about. Sure mgs4 is good, and sure lbp ( I Guess ? Only when you have lots of friends, and like building stuff) is great, but they don't really interest me that much to buy a whole console.

Not to bash the console or be biased, I loved sony and the ps2 games, 100x more then the xbox ones, but when I look at the list, meh. Killzone, resistance, vs gears and halo, score wise we win, although a lot hate halo for some reason. [And killzone just came out] Then we have great games that are still awesome like crackdown, Left4dead, which are highly popular. Even saints row did pretty okish

but I'll def buy it in 2010, (Well I will now, but then for more reason) kingdom hearts, God of war 3.. that's it, but yea awesome games

PS3 sucks compared to 360. The only bad thing about 360 is the ring of death, but for playing games 360 is better.

(there was my feeble attempt at getting a 360 vs ps3 war started).

Gears of war - Good game but really, buying a console just to be able to play it is ridiculous. You can go to a retail store and play the whole game in an hour there.
Also xbox is looking desperate since they even bought a MGS to the Sony company.( I hate MGS btw)
Those are like the only xbox exclusives that I think it's worth having.
Admit it, the sony company people are great at what they do.

And I'm not trying to be an asshole, but why won't you buy real games instead of that naruto and final fantasy crap. Believe me, buy Killzone and red faction.

Correct me if I'm wrong but that $300 is just the straight console and nothing else.
With the 360 $300 gets you the console, controllers and I think 1-2 games and a free month of LIVE which also counts as a month of totally free demo downloads (until you gotta pay the $50 a YEAR fee which is nothing)

I wrote a detailed post about why the ps3 is probably better than the Xbox 360 other the the price but now since they lowered it the ps3 is better and all that good stuff. But my internet connection ****ed the **** up.
