I can't say I see much wrong with his style of walking. Just the loop's a bit off where he's tried to loosen up the back and his leg's still on the ground for a frame or two when it should be moving.

You should only insult people if you can back it up with how you animate. Last time I saw anything by you, it looked like you were severely beaten across the hedge with a massive, blunt object. Yoiu have no room to talk.

As for the animations. They were pretty bad. Try to recreate a walking loop the best you can. As for running, you don't need more than 7 frames. Work on easing and such as well.
