Alright, so this question has been on my mind for the past few days now since the update.
Now that the Sandman has a -30 health penalty instead of disabling double jump, would you use it?
"Hit a baseball at an enemy, stunning them from 1-8 seconds (Depending on ascending distance). Scout loses 30hp while the Sandman is equipped."
Or is 30 hp just to much?

It makes him so weak now, I don't think I'm going to be using it much (not that I did a whole lot before either)
Having the double jump back is nice though, he hardly felt like the scout before when it was taken away

the sandman is pretty much an escape weapon, so if you do get in a position where you're going to die, just hit the enemy with the baseball. although it's really ****ing annoying to be one shotted by a single rocket.

The stun only lasts an average of 3-5 seconds and it's a bitch to aim, especially when facing you 2-D. So stop bitching, by the time I get up to you and start attacking you've already gotten out of the ****ing stun. Also, we can't stun ubers anymore which is ****ing bullshit.

Ubers are the game-breakers. Stunning them would be stupid.

I liked it when it was first released. Stun someone at point blank range and 2 shot them. That was fun.
