It's a nice Tutorial but I would rather to have a lower Frame speed on Stickman Animations, espacially for beginners.

Maybe a little hint: Use this ball-trick as the hand of a smashing stick-arm. First let it pull back slowly, and then faster and faster to the target to have a nice painfull smash.

And I don't know how near you were to your microphone but in the beginning it was like you were licking it. (Very un-clear, me and my bro couldn't understand much of it).
