Plank

Johnny 2x4's little companion

The one who's always smiling (except when mouth is rubbed off) and always wins staring contests.

The little hunk of wood that doesn't make sound or move on its own. The inanimate little cast member of Ed, Edd, n Eddy.

...or IS he lifeless? Is he really just an object only alive due to one child's imagination and loneliness, or is he an actual living being?

Theres times where he is just a lifeless splinter, and times where he is literally moving on his own (though not directly seen) and there is noone around him moving him. He even drives vehicles and the like.

So I ask you, is Plank alive, or not?

Strong evidence supporting both coming soon.

*edit* Oh wow this was meant for Debate forum. Any mod, if you would please...

No, he is not. He is simply a drawn character, made up from fiction.

Yes, and he felt genuine terror when Eddie threatened to make him swell up with water.

Of course he's a living being. He is made of wood, and has not yet succumbed to rot, so he must still be living.

Lol, no, Plank isnt alive. Poor Johnny is so lonely that he can hear voices coming from a peice of wood, aka Plank.

...but that doesn't explain how Plank always appears and disappears around randomly to places sometimes...

Hmmm....
