Which one do you put on first?

I put soap all over my sexy body first. Then I lather my beautiful hair with shampoo afterwards.

I don't have any specific order.

First the shampoo, then the conditioner, then, because you have to leave the conditioner in for a while, the soap, then rinse and repeat, always repeat.

My soap and shampoo dont say to repeat, should I still?

I have no idea whether it makes any sort of diference. Some people swear you should. I do because we live in a soft water area and I wouldn't want to feel I was cheating the company by getting too much mileage out of one bottle.

its the most time efficient way, this hands down

Too much shampoo ruins the hair.
I have an awesome hair and all I use is Head & Shoulders. One application. You look like girls, using almost 5 layers of shampoo
Also AXE for my sexy body.

I improvise.

I like different shampoos and soaps.

Note my hair is beyond thick and between 10 and 11 inches long.

Shampoo
Rinse
Shampoo again
Rinse
Conditioner
Soap
Rinse off soap
Wait the rest of 10 mins from putting in the conditioner
Rinse off conditioner

As bad as that looks, including drying my hair, I take 30 mins total.
