I don't like most dramatic movies. But there's some that can insert the right quantity of every type, and usually they are awesome.

The worst kind of film is the arty type which wins a load of awards but has no story line and doesn't keep the viewer entertained. Example: Lost in Translation - I watched it for an hour and absolutely **** all happened. Seriously. There's a man in Japan. There's a woman in Japan. As far as I could see they don't meet. Neither of them do anything more interesting than wake up. That's it.

Also, "indie films" is not a genre. It encompasses everything made in Bollywood, which, though largely romance, fall under a number of different categories.

Eh, I don't have a genre dislike. Since I know what to expect from each genre, I can only have an opinion on the movie itself.

The world mainly only has 4 bad movies,
Twilight,New moon,Eclipse,and breaking dawn:Dope:

I think Action Movies, and movies by Michael Bay are 2 different things. Action movies have more than special effects and intelligence insulting garbage. That being said I can't vote action movies, but Michael Bay has ruined the genre for me.

I'd say that among the choices in this list, I'd say there's 2 criteria for the worst genre in my book.
-The typical content of the genre I'd have to go with romance. It's a formula most of the time and when it's not it almost veers off into a different genre.
-The movies being bad in the genre, as a whole, would be comedies. There are so many shitty comedies out there. It's amazing how bad this genre can be.
