He helped and worked on DJ Hero. I'm sure sadistically Activision is having a field day, since death = more sales.

Still, it'll be interesting to hear some of his final work while you yourself are mixing it in a game.

I bet you were just waiting for me to say something like this so you could pounce.

The difference here is I did not simply say "Who is DJ AM?" I said what little I knew about him and how. I then said RIP with good intentions and left it at that.

Also, Gavel said "if anyone knows who that is" which leaves the door open for those replying to say whether or not they know who he is.

Actually, the rule was more for those who just come in and say "who's that" or "I don't know who that is and I don't care", which nobody's actually done yet. And saying "if anyone knows who that is" doesn't really open people to come in and make those statements, it's really just saying "this applies to anyone who knows who this is" which was the same for the Brett Favre thread.
