The first one was a bit stiff.. Smooth.. But when he was falling after hitting that X thing, he didn't move.

Try making his feet NOT go through the ground, it's not that hard....
Well at least I don't think it is.....
Maybee try adding a camera shake when he crashes to the ground, otherwise it dosn't look powerful.... Also I thought hes legs and back should have bended more when he landed....
And, I didn't really like your symbol, but thats just me...
