Name: Zack Edmund Dongagger (nicknamed Zed)
Backstory: Zed was born on earth, in Glasgow. He grew up in a rough neighbourhood (Glasgow. It's all a rough neighbourhood) and as such learned to fend for himself from a very young age. Zed never really did well in school and left at sixteen to get a job in a small factory which made clocks. He led a perfectly normal life, working eight hours a day for just above minimum wage, enjoying a few pints with the other workers on Friday night, and generally only bothering people who seemed to be bothering him. He was always very short, and as such seemed an easy target for the average drunken Scot coming out of a pub at three in the morning. This tended to be unfortunate for said Scot who usually woke up with more than a hangover the next morning if they woke up at all. When he was 25 he met his long term girlfriend, Chrissy, whose father was an official at the Highland Games. Zed entered at his girlfriends bequest for a bit of a laugh, and turned out to be a natural at the scottish hammer toss (although the crowd all agreed he looked more impressive with the caber, which was twelve times longer than he was). He became a regular at the event and broke the Scottish record (also the British record, European record, and world record) at the age of 30. One of his competitors accused him of using performance enhancing drugs and cited stunted growth as evidence. This made Zed very angry and in the ensuing fight he killed the competitor with the hammer. He was still standing over the body with the bloody hammer in his hand when he felt a sensation unlike any he had felt before and discovered himself in some strange world.
Personality: Zed developed a strong Napoleon complex quite quickly because of his height. He is slightly paranoid and thinks people laugh at him behind his back. This makes him angry and he has a tendancy to hit anyone who "looks at him funny". He's not actually a bad person; he just does what he thinks he has to to look out for himself.
Physical Attributes: Zed is human. Zed is very small - only four and a half feet tall (1.35m) - with dark brown hair that reaches down to his shoulders. He is stocky and fairly well toned. He isn't exactly intelligent, and tends to think only as far as what is happening at the moment, where he needs to dodge to, and where he can hit.
Weapon/Power: Scottish Hammer (a large metal ball attached to the end of a four foot long wooden shaft traditionally thrown as an event in the Highland Games similar to the Olympic hammer throw) with which Zed can acheive great range and accuracy but prefers to swing in close.
