Hi, guys, I was wondering if someone could help me on this matter.
As one of my subjects in GCSE, I have taken D.T (Resistant Materials). We are just starting our first project. And he has told us to make a specification. He has done this without giving us much guidance. So I've come here to ask for ideas.
My project is a decoration for Christmas, a card holder. I know that the Specification must not be about the design, but more about, Safety, Ergonomics etc.
Could anyone give me any ideas on this, a link to a good website on this, or to a past specification?
Thanks!
(btw I have looked on google)

i went to a school that specifically taught DT to everyone, so i know what your talking about (i got an F because i blatently refused to do something i had no intrest or talent in) what i do remember doing at the very last day when they were threatening to kick me out was searching for hours on the internet and i found a template, and i did about 20 pages in a few hours (hence the F). im sure you could find that on the internet if you looked hard enough

The one I found after half an hour of looking involves getting a paid membership at some site...

I remember for my Graphics GCSE I went onto a site called "Technology Student". Can't remember the website name so you should Google it but I think it did have some Resistant Materials stuff on it.
Hope that helps.

Cheers, but I got one from a friend who did GCSE a year ago.
And I'm handing it in tomorrow.
So I'm locking this thread.

How about you do what you took the subject for, and do it yourself.
you wont get anywhere copying people.

oh shit, I forgot to lock the thread.
And I wasn't looking to copy people. My initial question was for guidelines, help sites or inspiration.
Now let the thread die.
