When you scroll down to select the download you want, right click, "Save Target As", "Save Link As", whatever.

Open up your iTunes (Should be 9 or later), go to your iPod "page" inside iTunes and left click (SHIFT+LEFT CLICK) Restore button, Find the firmware you just downloaded and open it.

Voila!
