Oh I have an idea, just make an IED, and when you see the dude that holds up the "thank god for IEDs" sign, just put a box or something that would appear to be an IED, walk back 100 ft or so, and pull out your cell phone and stare at them, trying to make them uncomfortable, if they try and relocate, just continue to follow them.

God, I watch too many Rocco64 videos.
