I suppose I wouldn't be averse to offering some constructive criticism.

You need to move the orange dot occaisionally, otherwise it looks like he's hovering and defying gravity.

I think the lower half of the back would be better leant further forwards.

You're extending the forward leg far too early. The knee should have almost reached it's highest point before the lower half of the leg extends. I'd say you're not bending the knee enough in the first place really.

As a piece of animation it's well eased and not stiff, but as a run it could use more work on the movements.
