There's some bits that are really nice. I thought it was pretty well eased and spaced. To try and avoid the shakiness, look at which direction each part of the body is traveling and make sure it doesn't change drastially in only one or two frames. I really like your work, but I think it could be so much better if you could get this sorted.
It was pretty fluid. I base that on the fact that they didn't just go from pose to pose, but actually moved around more. You didn't ignore the general movements so well done. Although, you need to work alot on your jerkyness and stiffness. Make sure the limbs are moving in a constant direction, dont just give random spacing, but think about how far into a certain attack he is, and move accordingly.
