I don't care about either of those things. Mileage, age, inner room and whether it works or not is all I care about. However I value speed over looks, so I'd choose the ugly car as long as it has all of it's parts on it and will not fall off in the near future.

I don't think it matters, as either way you can change the performance or the look of the car you have chosen.

But, if any upgrades to the car weren't possible, I'd pick the good-looking slow car. I have no idea why.
