Ok, so i joined a few days ago and im using Macromedia Flash Professional 8 to make animations. I didn't start any animations yet, I'm just trying out the program to see how it works and to learn the basic. So, I've got a couple of questions.

1. How can I make weapons (sword, gun e.t.c.)
2. How do I add sound?
3. What kind of special effects can I use with this program (except blur) and where can I use them?

Hope somebody is using the same program and can help me out.:Smile:

Answers :

1. First copy an image from your document (If you didn't have any , google it) to the canvas and zoom in to it. then use brush tools and draw the outlines and when you've done .. delete the gun and use the "free transform" tool to shrunk the gun image. you have it , use the same way to sword...


2. First , download any sound effects from any sound effect websites. then , in your project , click "import" and select "import to stage" . select the sound effect , when it appears to the library (the long window at the right screen) drag it inside your canvas and right to the location where the sound supposed to be.


3. glow (glow an object , used on every simbol) , rebel (most likely an effect that drop inner ligh shadow in your simbol , and make it 2D like. ) , shadow (the usuall shadow effect , select "knock out" for inviciblity effect .. kinda ... shadow can change colour too.) Try the other effect too , use filter on a simbol and start experimenting.


Well , its kinda you stay on the practice ground for now , its not like that I'm not in that ground too , but , just show some of your works like me do. Peoples mock it and I don't care. well , If you said not getting any further , find tutorial videos from www.youtube.com and tutorial secenarios from www.google.com . Try to explore the whole world of animation networks ,
try www.fluidanims.com , www.darkdemon.org , or droidz (can't tell much about it)...............

how do i make a camera shake in flash mecromedia...... i'm not sure if u there is a way.... but i think there is..... so if anyone know how..... please help out..... for example like Ghost Fight and Shock 3..... how do i make a camera to aim at mine characters..... and take frame with it..?????.... please help..... please.... thank you
