That I've played personally?


In no particular order,

The Sims
Starcraft
TESIV: Oblivion (but only after some hefty modding, mind you.)
TESIII: Morrowind (after minor modding)
Age of Mythology (I've never before or since played an RTS campaign that made me CARE about the characters and actually WANT to progress quite like this one. I'd recommend it highly.)

Fallout 3 - Epic storyline, fun gameplay
Oblivion - Epic storyline, fun gameplay
Fear 1 + 2 - Extremely fun gameplay, mediocore storyline.
Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 - Extremely fun gameplay, difficult, poor storyline.
Farcry 2 - Extremely Fun gameplay, poor storyline, repetitive.
Crysis - Great visuals, fun gameplay, mediocore storyline.

Err for me games peaked around 2003/2004, with Warcraft 3 + TFT, Half life 2, and a handful of console games.
