This big!

I have gotten no sleep for the past three days. Which sucks because I go to school, then I go do crew for two-three hours. If anyone here has actually rowed competitively let alone rowed at all you will know how taxing it is.

i have sleeping problems every night, i usually lay there for an hour or more before i can fall asleep, unless i've been up for two days, even then it takes me atleast 30 minutes lying there before i fall into sleep. I'm usually up all ****ing night, atleast til 3, sometimes 4. And that's usually when I have to get up at 6:30, feed kittens, get ready for school, and leave at around 7:20.

i am so ****ing tired during my 8 o'clock class. so ****ing tired..

I don't really have sleeping problems, I can even fall asleep anywhere. It's just sooo hard to get up.

I once fell asleep during the Theory of Law class. I was trying not to, but the teacher's voice was so hypnotising. I think he noticed and sped up his pace so I could wake up and cooperate, lol. So embarrasing.

A good way to go to sleep quickly is to constantly remind yourself that you are not actually supposed to be sleeping and instead imagine youd need to do a certain task i.e go to the toilet in 20 minutes time.

HI THERE, I HAVE INSOMNIA

I GET LESS THAN 2 HOURS OF SLEEP A NIGHT AND IT TAKES ME AT LEAST 3 HOURS TO GET TO SLEEP.

So yeah.

I had a dream, and I was playing pool. When I woke up I had a headache and my arms were like dead. Could the calculating of angles and holding a pool stick in your mind actually do this?

I had a lucid dream once. I was in a castle with some axe killing people, shit was so fun. Kind of a waste of a lucid dream, though.

I have had sleeping problems for the past 8 years of my life. Sleeping pills do **** all, even heavy doses Phenergan fail to relax me.

Then, for the first time in what felt like forever, I had a week of perfect sleep.
Perfect.
As soon as my head hit the pillow at 10, I would sleep brilliantly until 7.
Shame it didn't last, I blame video games and Relentless.

I just found out today why is this. Doc says there's something wrong with my eritrocites, which makes me chronically tired. Great.
