Hey guys. As of right now I've made progress on my book and still is. I feel that I'm really getting into being an author now. However, for some odd reason, as I keep typing up and creating more of my book, more ideas for stories are popping up in my head. It's like a nonstop brainstorm. After I looked(thought) through all my ideas, I realized something. All these stories had one thing in common, there were all stories that had lessons. And as I looked more carefully, they were lessons of life. I realized what I was doing, and decided. I'm not going to become a mere author, but rather an Inspirational Novelist. Each one of my stories will teach whoever is reading them life lessons such as "Don't take life for granted.", or "Always look at the positives.", while still being able to have the ability of being an interesting and intense story. I think I've got a great chance at becoming successful, and so while I'm writing my book, I'll think up of even more ideas. But as of right now, I've finalized with 4 ideas. Tell me what you think.

"No-Eyes". This will be a recreation of my short story "No-Eyes" about a 16 year old boy named "Greg Meafe" who has been placed in an asylum for unknown reasons. As you read, No-Eyes takes you through his horrid past life, where he used to live in the "outside". And explains how he came to be here.

"Teenagers"(Series). This is yet another recreation of another one of my short stories. This is a tale of 5 teenagers, recently graduated high school, who get sucked into an experiment in a lab just outside of town. When an accident happens, causing a massive explosion, the teenagers make it out alive. But that's not the only thing that makes it out. They realize that there bodies have changed, and they now have, "super powers." They try to cope with their now powers and decide to use them for good. But as their tale progresses, things start going downhill as the teenagers realize that their powers aren't just toys.

"Surviving"(Series). Surviving is a story of eight 14 year olds, who come upon a mysterious object that has just crashed down on Earth. When they discover it however, they realize that it as an alien pod from space! When an alien emerges, it makes friends with the boys. And as the alien tries to figure out how the culture of Earth is, he gets the boys into some sticky situations. It would be a lot easier for the boys if they knew how to speak with the alien!

"Barricade". Barricade takes place from the perspective of Sean. A 24 year old average man. However, when he wakes up not remembering what happened earlier, he finds himself blocked off from everything else. After searching through his ghost town. He stumbles upon something that no person could ever imagine.

Try mixing up some of these ideas to see if you can get a more intricate plot and get a bigger and more entertaining series.
Also make sure all of the ideas haven't been done 10000 times before. I'm not fond of authors that copy and paste their stories

Sacred, was there really any need to be so cocky about it all?
"I'm not going to become a mere author, but rather an Inspirational Novelist."
Very modest.

Just because you have good ideas doesn't mean you'll be a good author. You need to be a good writer, aswell.
But, whatever, I'll ignore your attitude about all this.
Good luck, the ideas don't seem bad, but the 3rd one sounds very over-done.

I'm pretty sure a lesson or moral is one of the core components of virtually any story, movie, book, etc.

Stop acting like you're breaking new ground as an author by incorporating life lessons in your books, especially if your story ideas are this generic.

Deathwish is a bashing fan, what do you expect?

LakE: I wasn't trying to sound cocky(sorry if I was). I was just saying that I'd rather be an inspirational novelist rather than just being a person who writes books about some random ideas.

Exilement: Must I requote it for you?

I'm not making it sound like I'm a ****ing god(once again, sorry if I did), I'm just stating that I'd like for people to actually realize that life isn't just a giant shit hole, rather then a book telling everyone to look left and right before crossing the street or something stupid that everyone already knows.

Anyway, thanks for the support from everyone who gave me it.
