Why cant we have shows like this in the US?

And why do they ALWAYS seem to have some PiP screen of the people watching with us and showing their reaction?

because they're showing those videos to celebrities and everyone wants to see their reactions.

Oooh ok that makes sense. Kinda. It's like the laugh track of a sitcom so you know when to laugh or not. I just wish I knew what the guy was saying, it'd make it a bit funnier.
