The torso and arms of them both are very short, although if you lengthened all of the detail to the correct proportion then you'll have gotten the musculature pretty spot on. So just lengthen out the torso and arms, and put the naval between the lower abs, not below them. Other than that, unless you want shading, great job.

thanks for the critque, i dont seem to get thiem that often. but ill say that im pretty sure my anatomy is pretty much right on since ur elbow is just above ur naval, there are six abdomin muscles above the naval and the hand ends about half way down ur thigh. i hope im not sounding like a punk, but thank you for the crit.
