just looking over it the red guys arms look choppy when he is hit, so please dont focus on this

Oh, I remember you. You're that guy who...I don't know.
If you can spot some choppyness in the arms, pay attention to the resizing on both figures too. If you're really "rusty," you should be able to spot some flaws while animating and fix it to some extent.
