Right, so my father finally agreed with me that I can have a new computer. I've been looking at the branded fully functional ones out there, but they have some large upsides and massive downsides.

So I found this place called PCspecialist

I am buying a 22" inch screen to go with that.

Anyway I was wondering whether some guys could help me on this:

Will this computer run safely?
Will It run well?
Are there any other things I will need? (apart from mouse/keyboard)
How does it connect to the internet?

And anything else you thank I should know.

A MASSIVE THANKS TO ANYONE THAT HELPS

Better make that CPU a dual core and/or make it 4.0GHz

And get a 9800 GTX+ for the graphics card. Of course that may need a Power Supply upgrade.

Get that and you're good to go.

For the love of shit listen to this man.

Wifi is HORRIBLE no matter how you cut it. A $50 wifi card simplt annot compare to a $5 cord. The cord is cheaper and always better. It may take some work to figure out how you'll have it but it's worth it.

Damn, does this mean I'll have to break through my wall again?

Also, how do you connect a wii to the internet if you don't have wifi?

It makes the uncomputerised mind boggle...

AND

Low GHz quad core or higher GHz dual core?

Also, I updated the stats, are these better?

What are you using this computer for?
Gaming?
Also, I think it's better with dual core with higher ghz than quad core with lower ghz, because you're not using all of the cores at the same time. And if you're playing a lot of games, get a better graphics card (I'd prefer GTX 260).

Well, then get a better graphics card, atleast 250 gts, but gtx 260 would be a better choice.
Also a better power supply, alteast 550W.

Dual/Quad core CPU (dual core that's not based on old architecture like my old x64 AMD dual core).

Better graphics card (GTX 260 I recommend, or a 4890 with a good PSU).

If you want to save money you can cut your RAM to 4GB and get a 500GB HDD.
