Read some tutorials on basic movements. I don't suggest copying those tuts completely, but they should give you some good ideas that you can use.
Try not to use images in your animation. Everything looks better if it's drawn in the same style. Stick figures moving around in real life pictures don't look too great.
Also, try to watch out for resizing. Some noticeable resizing occurred during the fall. It's kinda hard to learn but keep an eye on it at all times.
