I think you should have more frames between keyframes (ssuming you used keyframes, and tweened.) Move all parts of the body.

It doesn't happen too fast, the movements are too fast. It's hard to explain.

In lame mans terms, i think thats right. I think asot means you need more "inbetweens" but if animating with maya is the same as 3ds max you can just drag the keyframes along a little, essentially double framing. If you do it at the right areas of the animation it will look alot nicer. Try experimenting.

Looks awesome, although it needs some more easing.

Ok, ok, ok.

These are his frames:
||-------||-------||-------||

This is what's good:
||-|---|-||-|---|-||-|---|-||

There.

He means even your spacing out, instead of having acouple really closely spaced frames followed by two or so far apart frames.

So instead of just skipping right to a certain pose with some hugely spaced frames, use closer spaced frames, incorperating the inbetween movement at the same time.

As he said:

Instead of spacing like this: |-|-|-|------|------|-|-|-|

More like this: |-|--|---|----|---|--|-|

It just gives it more flow. But if your looking for power, in the case of this animation, well obviously heavily spaced frames are appropriate.

Yes, thanks guys, I know what you're talking about now =) I just didnt see the lack of fluidness, now I realized it and I tried to make second version of the beginning

also check my timeline

its not done yet, so I can just come there and re-locate something and add even more inbetweens

edit, for the first version the beginning looked like this

But well, =), this is Maya, and maya shows you all the keys for every part of the body, so these are all the keys together, means that theres red key on frame 10, but there might be only a head keyed and the rest of the body is keyed on the next red frame, so you cant really use that technique for the body itself, you have to use that separately, + you have to think of easing, which is different for every part of the body and it still has to look like one man, it has to flow nicely, ...., its hard to get the timing right at 3d.I hope I can learn that sometime :D:D It just differs from flash A LOT.
