Second, you can't post whore in the intro section since your post count doesn't go up in here.

Third, we don't have a rule limiting only certain people to welcome other people. That would just be silly and other forums that do it are discriminative.

Finally, it's not spam. He replied to your introduction thread with a welcome. There's nothing wrong with that.
