Been making some pretty awesome homemade Egg McMuffins lately.

English muffin toasted with some butter with some egg in the middle but the real kicker is the ham. Spiral cut ham. Put it all together and have a small square of cheese in there and microwave for a little bit.

Breakfast of champions.

Gourmet chicken skewers for a starter. For the main; yorkshire puddings, peas, broccili, new boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, roast chicken breast, and perhaps a dash of seasoning. Then for dessert, chocolate pudding just like mum used to make (and I suspect still does make given half the chance). All washed down with a glass of the house red, and possibly a cup of sweet earl grey afterwards if it's gone 3 O'clock (milk in first).

Most of that tastes nice, apart from the broccili.

salmon with shrimp and some eggs mixed on the pan are great. sounds wierd, but awesome. Like a "surf and turf", but much better.
