I'd say you need to take more frames over each movement. Slow it down and get them looking a bit smoother. Add anticipation and followthrough to everything. Not bad really, considering these are some of your first.

Looks good, considering you started 1 week ago.

Btw, you make a ridiculous amount of animation xD
