I'm surprised that this has not been done yet. ITT post your Obsessive Compulsive Disorders.
I have a few,
When I am setting the volume on TV it has to be a multiple of 5.
The icons on any of my electronics have to be ordered by what they are used for.
When I'm at school and there are papers on my desk that I am not currently using I have to put them away.
The OCD Thread.

I've never noticed any OCD's of myself, but I know my father must wash a glass out 3 times every time.

As I walk, my right hand has to be hitting something.
For example, I'm walking down a street and if I see a telephone pole, I have to hit it with my right hand (not hard, like a tap). I do this non stop until I reach my destination.
Also, when I was younger, I had this weird symmetry problem thing. For example, if my left eyebrow was itching, I'd scratch it, obviously, but I'd feel that my right eyebrow's missing out on the action so I'll scratch that too to "even it out". This goes for basically everything that has to do with my body.

That reminds me that I also do the "even it out" thing, when I chew on food I alternate between the right and left sides of my mouth so that I chew the same amount of food with each side.

As am I! Who could not see that we have a thriving underground community of those with OCD? There are just so many a thread is definitely needed!Quote from WsheerioI'm surprised that this has not been done yet.

This.
Also, to keep the symmetry thing alive,
I used to run track, so i had those insanely light shoes with the spikes, every time i scratched one of my calves i had to do the same with the other, and it hurt like a bitch

I'm glad to find out that I'm not the only one with the multiple of 5 thing.

Everything on my desk (and in other groups areas) must be aligned by a common axis.
I always place things back exactly where I took them from and in the same position/orientation.
I usually try not to step on cracks/breaks/gaps on the ground.
I will never post a list of items/statements/etc. unless I can think of at least 3.
There are many more, but I'd rather not think about it at this moment.

It bugs me when desks or other objects aren't aligned, it pisses me off when someone messes that shit up.

i think you are talking about obsessive compulsions, not the disorder.
anyways i gots a whole bunch, like you guys with 5's except it's with 2.
i also have a habbit of filling in all the little enclosed spaces in letters when i read a paper or when I'm writing something, and I usually can't stop until I have the whole paragraph or page done.
i like to arrange whatever i'm eating, plates glasses knives etc. so they kinda go from one point to another. like I'll have my glasses at a certain angle and that leads to the plates at a certain angle etc.
i like symmetry also, a lot of my things are arranged like so. black and white i especially like, like making one side of things dark and one light. i would do that to my room, my clothes, different things around my room.
i don't like things to be odd, numbers wise
there's more but i can't think of any atm

This.
Also, I never step on two tiles at once for each feet.
The desks at school always need to be aligned.
Also I organize my school stuff in the top left or right corner of my desk, except the stuff I'm using.
I crack my fingers and bite my nails and fingertips.
My sandwhiches need to be filled precisely. Like a slice of cheese, the corners are always taken off to fill the holes.
I always need to look around, I hate not knowing every inch of my surroundings.
EDIT: I also always select what I'm reading on the computer.

I can't stand if there's a selected icon on my computer for longer than it needs to be, I'll always click into the nothing to unselect it.
I crack my fingers a lot.

had this selected as i read it
okay big breath HNNGHHH
if there is 2 or more switches for one light i have to make sure each of them says off and the light says off. before i go out of the room, even if one switch is a floor up and the other is a floor down. there was a power cut once and its made this impossible to do in my front room its driven me crazy
my headphones have to have the left ear headphone in my right ear and vice versa, i had a pair of headphones that worked better quality like that that i had for a very long time and i just have got used to it now
i just have to move something someone has just carelessly tossed somewhere, not move it somewhere productive just turn it round 10-30 degree's
i refuse to have any of my cd's/games/dvd's facing different ways from eachother as i stack them, as i often do, from alphabetical/numerical order or from enjoyability/boringness
i will de-select anything thats selected for too long, as uber says, even if someone else is using the computer i will go out of my way to make sure that icon is de-selected
i will re-arrange everything on my desk or whatever it is i have until it makes a viable pattern, viable patterns include similarities of shape/colour in a certain line or order or a colour coded stack pointing upwards
i cannot stand loose pennies, i will throw them on the ground before i let them stew in my pocket/wallet
no matter how well a lid fits on something, i will take the lid off and experiment to see if any other way of putting the lid on it would suit it better
every other ocd problem i may have is all to do with symmetry, with EVERYTHING
