Well you just have to get used to it Cronos, theres no actual tutorial about it (or I havent used any) well, there is ! Try to find your rig on youtube, for example I'd type "Norman rig overview" there should be people showing how they use that, basically you should see some curves around your rig, just clickem them and then rotate them and some can be moved, there are 2 ways how to move hands and arms, IK and FK, one controls just the foot (if talking about legs), you're given a box around a foot (usually) and you're supposed to move it around and the knee will automatically get to some position and theres also some tiny controler near by, for the knee, it "looks" at the controler, so if you move the controler the knee should rotate, its hard to explain for me, as an not native english speaker, but just watch some tutorials about FK and IK animations, rig overviews and you'll get there.

Facials, I dont want them to be the same for the entire animation, I want basic shape of the head right now, I will do them at the end of the process, I just dont want to be bothered by it right now =)
Rendering, this is a render, I just dont feel like adding this stuff because of one frame, its just a quick "sketch" that I wanted people to comment and give me some tips, I dont want the "details" to be losen in the shadows etc, altough, I think I added some area light, or not ? idk now :D

Thanks for the comment ;)

11secclub rules =)

:) Thanks for the help. Before reading this reply, I was trying to figure it out, and I have grown quite comfortable with the Dee rig for 3dsm. I also just figured out how to use the controllers and facial controlls (which seams pretty awsome to me). Only thing I cant figure out how to do on the Dee rig is moving the fingers, there doesnt seam to be a controller or an extra tool for them.

I'm also going to practice facial expressions and lip syncing and try to match it to the 11secondclub december audio.

You have to select the finger controler (or any other that seems to be there for this reason, maybe wrist controler, idk) and then look at your option box, or whatever is in max.. =) or just google, "3ds Max Max rig fingers" ;)

He says good day which means he's leaving... but he walks back to the table. The contradiction is what I was pointing out.

Well, it doesnt seem to me like hes walking away, I think he should be running toward him, hmm, I guess it depends on the personality of the speaker, if hes really angry he should do what mine does and if hes just annoyed he should just continue doing what he was doing and just say that :)

Yay, found out how, thanks. The finger sliders popped up in the modifier pannel when the hand controller was selected

Very nice, its coming along nicely.

Also, is there a way I can learn your method of animation. I go straight into it, while you make the main poses first. How did you learn that?

The only thing I see it that the cigar starts floating when his hand moves, but I'm sure you probably already fixed that. Other than that, I loved it and cannot wait to see more.
