Well, first you need an animation program.

Flash is the best option, but it is quite expensive (unless you're willing to pirate it, but I can't tell you to do that)

Easytoon is the second best option, and it's free as well.

There are a number of other options around, but none of them are as versatile as the above.

Once you've acquired your program, you might want to look at some basic tutorials:
- Flash
- Easytoon
- The rest of the Official tutorials on this site

Truploader can be used for images [including easytoon animated GIFs] and for flash movies [.swf] but imageshack is just for images and animated GIFs.

yeah i know all ma stuff have to look good well in my eyes u guys can say it stinks and all i wouldnt realy care the only vritisism i care about are ones to help me get better

go on avatar browse and click an image the image cant be too big and has to be gif

Hey i just noticed but how is young stick able to have an animated avatar ??


(in " http://www.stickpageportal.com/forums/showpost.php?p=622647&postcount=13 " at the end it clearly states that to have an animated avatar you have to be:
1) mod......young sticky is not a mod
2)honerable member........this is the only option so im wondering how he bacam an honerable member
3) had an account when the site was transfered over but he is new thus the intro thread)

Oh lol nvm.....but i think you should change the info on that thread

you need to make an animation that's 125x125 pixels.
i'll make your signature animation that big, just take that image and use it as your avatar.
