2-D, as your first moderator duty, I think you should heavily enforce the following in the pivot section, with a strong banhammer:

1) No spam.
2) No multiple posting.
3) No flaming.

Do it, and you shall never be forgotten.

I agree. Number 1-3 cannot go unpunished.
