I exercise frequently, I just find sports very boring.

track is running, which you could at least bear with, seeing as you're a traceur
no balls involved

if the fact that it's a sport is bothering you that much, just liken it to a footrace between you and some schoolyard mates during your 3rd year or something

I just want to do this so people will know that I don't like sports, if you knew all of the stuff that happened to me because of sports you would understand. I know what the next person is going to ask me.

talk to your guidance counselor, who should then talk to your mom if it's that serious
bodily harm should not be an option

What the hell are you talking about?
I'm sane.

Just swing your leg a damn door edge.
Works like a charm.
Have your friend take a bat to your leg.

Or chain yourself up to a wall and then have you friend jump on your knee so you leg breaks inwards.

Let's see you walk on that.

Yeah, I would rather break in a way that is less... harmful. By sane I mean that Dark is saying not to cause harm to myself, everyone else is just saying JUMP, HIT, DROP and so forth.

i go by the belief that someone in the world is most likely in a much, much worse situation
bodily harm isn't needed to avoid something as trivial as sports
if you feel that bodily harm is absolutely necessary, i have no means of stopping you

just try to at least explain to your mom that you don't need to participate in track to stay fit, healthy, or build character, seeing as you most likely work out at a gym or go outside and hang out with friends, as well as do some parkour
she shouldn't punish you simply because you don't want to do something against your will

Why don't you just tell your mom you don't want to do sports before you quit practice? I'm assuming your parents aren't controlling assholes, so you should be able to decide to leave.
Edit: Dark beat me.

I completely agree with you Dark, I will try to talk to her again when she wakes up (12:30am here), if that doesn't work it's either not try, hurt myself, or just do the goddamn sport.

Alright, I'm done messing with you.
I agree with Dark, bodily harm is absolutely not the answer.
Doing so makes you feel like you're justified in doing it, which digs you a deeper hole.
If you care so strongly about this you can protest (they can't force you to play the damn sport) and not do it, or as Dark said, speak to a counselor at your school and have those bachelor's degree low-lives speak to your parents.
Good luck, and trust me, there is someone in deeper shit than you.

Yes that is true, thanks for the help everybody. I will try to reason with my Mom and my school, and for whoever posted earlier I am 14 not 12.

I can't just walk out, I'm not that much of a douche, and I have a conscious.

So a person that just tells their coach that they want to quit is a douche as opposed to someone that would try to break their own leg to get out of playing a sport?

Hmm
