Would rather buy the Million dollar house or the million dollar supercar?

Why the **** would I want to waste my money on either, I'm putting that shit in the bank in a bond and living off interest.

Much more difficult to steal

I thought this was gonna be a thread about what you would spend a million dollars on. But then I opened it and was dissapointed.
I'd buy the nice house, but keep enough money left over to pay for the really big costs of heating and electricity. If I spent my whole 1 million dollars Id only have the money that I started out with left to pay for the house.

Maybe, house have bigger chances than car 'cause not all can drive it. Personally I like skate.

Frankly, a million dollars wouldn't buy you that nice a house over here. A million pounds, now that'd be good. And with the market where it is right now, put every feckin' penny you can find in the stock market. In twenty years it'll be worth about six times as much as it is now (inflation adjusted). For the benefit of this poll, a house, because they appreciate instead of depreciating and you can renovate it into four tiny houses that you can rent out and get a stable income from.

Convert it into some poor countries currancy, move there, go nuts.

But no really, I'd buy me a residence, but not spend the whole money for it. I'd invest it, probably.

I'd just invest it somewhere, but for the purposes of the poll, the house. A huge plot, to put a few buildings on, if possible. I could renovate it, rent sections out, and eventually sell it to get my money back, and then some.

Can you imagine the insurance on a $1,000,000 supercar? It's usually more per year than the value of the car anyway for someone our age who's just passed their test.
