Whenever I open a page like Youtube, for instance. firefox will give me a message like "Firefox has encountered a problem and needs to close" and I have no idea how to correct/stop this...

And yes I have looked around before posting this here.

Try reinstalling or getting a different version.. I've had that problem before.

Thanks. Downgrading to 3.0.16 worked.

I've had such an issue before, usually the problem was caused by some or another incompatibility of an addon with the latest version or something along those lines

Scratch that, it worked for a bit and now it is crashing again... It MIGHT be some plug-ins/add-ons but I don't know which. I have all the recommended plug ins but I don't know if all of them are up to date or not. so I have not idea what I need to do now...
