I make flash sprites, not 8bit pixelated sprites such as those in gameboy games.

Try googling for things you want.
This is the first thing that came up for me:

Click on the characters to open up a huge sprite sheet. Right click the image, click save as, go into flash and press Ctrl+r to import your resource, select the image, once imported press ctrl+b to break it apart, the press either v or l to use your selection tool or lasso selection tool to pull the sprites out of the sprite sheet. Once you have one sprite selected, press F8 and name your symbol. Make sure it's either a movie clip or a graphic.

Edit: Zer0gravity, why would I want to make sprite sheets that would take forever to do because he wants them to look just like the ones from MnL SSS, when I could link him to the real deal?

If anyone watches Bleach here (most likely) has anyone thought of trying to make Byakuyas sword? I mean even just as a normal sword it looks pretty cool to me :/
if not Imma try and make it in pivot. I'll make it in 2.2.5 so anyone can use it :D

I might make a reference to Byakuya's zanpukuto. Having a scatter than explodes the other stickman with flying petals should be reletively easy to pull off.

but you have to make the sword disappear at the same time the petals appear so for me that would be relatively hard, but I dunno about you considering your skill level is well above mine :/
but I can make the base of the sword, and for me thats all that really matters at the moment
maybe later I'll try to make one of Zoro's (one piece) katanas with the wavy pattern along the side of the sword O.o
