Well, I got a bunch of stenciling stuff for birthday/christmas and I've been putting it to good use. Here's the first three I made. Tell me what you think and give me some ideas.

Most recent.

A tritium atom! My take on Watchmen.

An old design retrofitted for stenciling. First 2 color attempt. Had some smudging issues :/

Note: these aren't printed out, they're sprayed. I can spray these anywhere, but I'm just doing it on paper to show you guys.

Yeah, smudging would be an issue for the two colour one, unless you have a really steady hand. The middle one is a bit plain but the others are rad.

Nice shit man, you do street work?

To avoid the underspray, you can use stiffer material like laminate, or some type of acetate material

Not yet. This is the product of me being shut inside due to rain. Ya, I'm experimenting with some materials to help cut back on that. In the short term, I bought some super cheap double sided tape. That's what I used on the first one, but I obviously slacked a little bit. Laminate sounds interesting.

I used to be really into stenciling but I only did a couple small ones because in Chicago it's like a big deal.

I used mostly Photoshop to mess with the pen-tooling and thresholds then after I printed them I would get them laminated at school and then cut them out. It works really great because they don't really get "paint damaged" and they always cut really cleanly for me.

Banksy has some great stencil art if you wanna check him out. He was a big inspiration for me.
