I think he's saying he tried to make a steam account, and when he got to the image verification part of signing up the image didn't appear

Ok Go, the music group responsible for the popular Treadmill-tastic Here it Goes Again music video a few years ago, did a music video for their new song This Too Shall Pass with a gigantic and really impressive Rube Goldberg Machine.
