I'm assuming (because it's obviously most likely) that the STD in question is HIV/AIDS and what will actually kill you is therefore the disease which takes advantage of your weakened immune system. This (again, blatantly the most likely) next disease must be leprosy. Leprosy attacks the nervous system in such a way as you never feel pain again, ultimately leading you to die of some sort of tertiary infection from a wound that you didn't notice or didn't keep clean. Therefore, death by STD will obviously be painless :)
