I've been looking around to get a tablet, I've been using flash quite a bit lately and plan on using it more. I'd like to get a tablet because I think I'd be able to draw characters and other things much easier.. at least that is what I'm hoping for. I have around $200 to spend, anyone have suggestions? I hear so much about Wacom but I'm sure there is a lot more out there. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Wacom is the god in the tablet industry, but you might find their stuff cheaper on other site like eBay.

Bamboo: http://www.wacom.com/bamboo/bamboo_pen_touch.php
Bamboo fun: http://www.wacom.com/bamboo/bamboo_fun.php
Intuos: http://www.wacom.com/intuos/small.php

The intuos is slightly over $200 and I'd say buy one of the larger models if you want an intuos but I thought I'd link it anyway.

tablets are overrated and pricey. Get a good optical laser mouse with pressure taps, they usually go as much as 40$.

I'll give it to him for them being pricy, mine was £900 or there about when I got it, earned it back with what I gained from it and that fact it doubles as a second screen. Never tried investing in a good mouse but I might, if only for gaming. My tablet is a Cintiq 12WX, a few years old now but working like new.
