I'd say there are at least fifteen to twenty that still actively animate

I animate. frontpage of newgrounds doesn't say much anymore but if it still did I'd brag about getting it for halloween. :P

Well at least this guy uses easytoon. I came in here expecting smiley faces and overall just general pivfaggotry. I salute you for making the right choice and choosing easytoon over pivot.

I would say that it's a lot easier to make something good in pivot rather than easytoon. Considering you actually need some artistic ability for easytoon. Therefore, it would probably be better for a beginner to use pivot.
Most pivoters don't use smiley faces as far as I can tell, at least not beginners.

I just like blue and think green is the second best colour for making a stickman watchable.

That's kinda my point. But the people who I would consider know the ranks best (ie. ArchAngel) would almost certainly say there isn't enough there to be higher than that. Does he mean who are the best people still using beginners sections, or what?
