Then Alien is walking to the parking lot to get his car. So while he's walking he passes the gas station. There a man is putting gasoline into the mans UFO. So after the alien gets to his car he calls him a weirdo for having a UFO. Yea it's hard to understand sorry.
I understood it clearly, despite the artwork being quite bad and the joke not really being funny at all to me.
However, you should keep practising. Maybe tidy up the layout, and make the artwork seem a lot less cluttered.
