wounds are only of choice, so is blood.
my eye's caught all of that just fine, but you do need some form of physics to be displayed...I always remembered your noob animations, didn't realize you got better till about now...

I'd say double frame the muzzle flash and the bullet impact, if you want to make it look good. It look pretty clean.

Make the muzzle flash larger, and add an alpha layer to it. It will look a lot better. Seeing as how light moves faster that ****, the flash shouldn't be on the screen for more than one or two frames. if it's on there for 2 frames, fade the colors and expand the flash.
Everything was fine except for the fall and the run at the end.
When you make someone fall, it is human nature to instinctively catch yourself upon hitting the ground. Therefore the figures shouldn't have just kept stiff joints on the fall, there should be some leg anticipation before they touch the ground.
Most of your movement issues revolve around how you do your joints. Either they're bent too much or not enough.
Also, the dead guy shouldn't just stay still when he hits the ground after a fall like that. I would give him a slight bounce and then animate him struggle for a few seconds and try to grab the wound, then die. If you get stabbed anywhere but the head, you will struggle because it most likely won't cause instant death. You also have the nerves reacting, such as a spider twitching when you step on it. It's dead, yes, but the nerves are causing it's legs to twitch.
I would personally make the blood a little bit larger and last about 7 frames. Majority of your particles will break apart like you had them do, other particles will hit the walls, and the ground. I wouldn't animate blood particles falling for 10+ frames. It doesn't look right.

Well thanks everyone, now i have a few things to say.
First of all, the blood wasn't animated, it was actionscripted. I drew one little circle, and then programmed the physics in. It's probably not the best idea, but im just too lazy to animate the blood myself.
Second, there is no muzzle flash at all, i guess i forgot that :P
So, from what it looks like, i need to start working on some complex movements (plus running), because the fall didn't get much praise. Alright, i can do that :D

Thats nog quite true. Look at the beginners sections, mostly someone replies well. Foshizzle is one of the few left who thinks it needed to yell at ppl in pivot section, cuz' he does flash and eztoon.
