are userbars allowed, or are they against the rules? I've been told they were allowed, and I've also been told they were against the no advertizing rule. are they allowed?

with a link attached. when you click the picture, you get brought to their site.

indeed they're allowed. just no copy and pasting the url straight into your sig it has to be a link through the picture.
